Saisonales Essen :we love strawberries . When spring begins, we are always a little excited, despite many years of experience, because we know: it's about to start! Shortly after the start of the season, we open our strawberry fields around Hanover and Hildesheim to celebrate the big "pick your own strawberries" with you - every year different, every year special.

All our strawberries are beautiful in their own way. You can find them in many different sizes and shapes on the flower heads, but always with the best inner values: calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and copper, more vitamin C than an orange and almost no calories. That's why some people call the strawberry a superfood. For us, it is and will always be just a strawberry. And that's why we love it.
